We are looking for people to aid us across membership, communications, policy, events, fundraising, and networks. We can be super flexible with what our team undertake, so please specify what you would be looking to work across when applying.
The candidates should have the following qualities:
Be a self-starter with a good work ethic
Excellent face-to-face in-person communication skills
Have good time management skills
Be passionate about Blue Beyond’s aims and values
Work quickly and to deadlines
Be able to react quickly to changes
Eye for detail
Ability to be methodical

Blue Beyond is made for Young Conservatives, by Young Conservatives. We are not anti-Conservative Party, but pro-Young Conservative.
We believe that far too much in politics – whatever its colour – takes places in London. From social events to panel discussions or internships, there is a concentration of opportunity, engagement and access that isn’t shared as evenly as it should be. Due to financial, social, and operational barriers, those who do not live in London are often left out of engagement activities.
We are always on the look out for motivated, dynamic and talented individuals, so please contact us if you would like to join the team but have a varied skill seat.
